Requires:
*Two to three years of experience in any of the following: -Content Management / Imaging / Workflow -Enterprise application development using Java or .Net.
-Development of mainframe applications
-Database Administration
-System Administration

*Prior experience in enterprise level projects.

Technical experience with the following is preferred but not required: -Content management technologies including storage, indexing, imaging, and workflow.
-Product experience with IBM Content Manager, IBM On Demand, Microsoft SharePoint, KoFax Ascent Capture, IBM Information Integrator for Content. -Experience with relational databases. -Core Java and J2EE. Training and mentoring will be provided in required technologies making this an excellent opportunity to gain skills in Enterprise Content Management.

Skills in the following are a plus:
-XML Schema
-Web Services
-JCL
-COBOL
-FTP
-CA Harvest
-WebSphere Application Server

*Self-starter with the ability to code, test and debug business applications.
*Must be able to multi-task while working on many projects in parallel. *Ability to clearly communicate ideas and information verbally, both in one-on-one settings and in meetings. *Ability to present written information in a clear, concise, and organized manner. *Ability to gather and analyze facts and draw correct inferences from the information. *Ability to manage own time, activities, and resources.
