Education equivalent to graduation from college, supplemented by insurance or computer-related courses/knowledge, or the equivalent in related work experience. One or more years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst I, or the equivalent, demonstrating a sound knowledge of Kemper and/or insurance systems and sound skills in fact gathering, defining objectives, determining alternatives and conducting audits.

Demonstrates the ability to develop and deliver information and to respond to questions from all levels of the organization.

Demonstrates the ability to formulate recommendations and proposals that are cost-effective and meet business needs.

Must be able to travel as required. Travel is variable both in frequency and duration.
