Posting Comments : Supervises daily operation of a customer service unit while establishing the role as a primary service contact for assigned regional agents and partners in underwriting and marketing. Supervises unit in processing policy transactions, answering questions, resolving problems, providing information and furnishing supporting documentation for direct service customers. Trains, directs and monitors customer service staff to assure that customer needs are satisfied and customer service levels are met according to established guidelines and procedures. Plans and controls daily unit work schedules. Provides performance feedback and evaluation to direct reports.
