| Industry Experience: |

Ten or more years of progressive technical claim experience, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of personal lines claim handling, property claims, large loss claim handling, and catastrophe claims. Experience with coverage resolution and coverage litigation is a must. Must demonstrate a high degree of judgment and discretion and be able to provide simultaneous leadership on claim technical matters, work matching and equity, and general guidance. Direct experience in adjusting and resolving all type of property claims in the field. Previous leadership experience is needed.
