*Six to seven years of experience in Information Technology. *Proven experience with Enterprise level projects involving cross departmental teams.

*5+ years experience in Quality Assurance for large-scale software implementation efforts, with at least the last 2 years in a QA leadership role. *Experience in the setup, maintenance, and execution of software tests (both manual and automated). *Experience in functional, load, and performance testing. *Understanding of test environments *Experience with testing aids including Query tools, Scripting languages, Quality Center, FASTB for creation of test cases, defect resolution and automation of processing. *Use of MS Project, Word, Visio, Excel in documenting project test strategies and plans, identifying tasks, estimating, project scheduling, status reporting, and issue escalation.

*Ability to complete involvement in projects from start to finish rather than in silo QA role. *Strong leadership, communication, planning, organization, collaboration, coordination and interpersonal skills. *Strong problem solver. *Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex, and challenging efforts. *Excellent attention to detail. *Extremely self-motivated and results-driven, with high sensitivity to deadlines and commitments. *Strong customer advocate in delivering quality project results.

Education or work experience equivalent to a two year degree in an Information Technology related discipline.
